A condo owner who has ESVE at their parking space is moving out – what do we do?

    • Firstly – make sure the condo EV charging policy and EVSE Agreements  address the terms and conditions related to the cessation of the use and operation of the system.   Ideally you should have a clause providing you the right to require the owner to remove the EVSE (or at least have the owner responsible for the cost of removal).
    • Check with the new owner – they may want the option for an ESVE.
